Leila Bakkum, Senior Associate
Raised in a family that grew its own organic food and baked its own whole grain bread, Leila Bakkum is no stranger to natural products. She has dedicated the past 20 years of her career to the industry, and has recently brought her considerable expertise in sales, marketing and brokering to The Matrix Group.
From acting as director of sales for an Asian import company, to working as an independent broker manager representing small, privately owned natural products brands, to founding her own business delivering fresh organic herbs to major high-end resorts, Leila has proven one thing: she has the passion and drive to get things done.
Leila joined The Matrix Group in 2009, where she works with brokers, distributors, supermarket and natural food chain stores in several U.S. regions to deliver sales success for Matrix clients.
