Greg Royal, Senior Associate
Greg is the Founder of Launch Pad Brand Management, which specializes in assisting emerging and established brands in the natural, organic and specialty categories by providing sales, marketing and operational expertise. Greg has over 10 years of experience with UNFI (the largest distributor of Natural and Specialty products). He rose to the position of Western Regional Manager of this over $100 million region.
He then worked for several CPG manufacturers where he continuously grew the businesses with double digit growth. Recently he was brought on board as VP of Sales, Marketing and Operations at Nothin’ But Foods, a startup, which he successfully led to acquisition in 4 years; having aggressively grown sales each year, expanding distribution into natural channel, grocery channel, Target and Costco as well as hundreds of airport locations across the country.
He has continued bringing new brands to the marketplace as well as assisting with expansion of strong brands into additional stores and appropriate channels. He works with company personnel and broker representative to ensure goals are being met. He has also trained sales managers to assume his role as the companies have grown and been able to bring many functions in-house.
