Decidedly left-brained, but also equipped with an MS degree in Technology Management as well as a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Irene Sherman brings organizational structure, analytical acumen and strategic planning to The Matrix Group.
Irene’s career started as a key account representative in diagnostic chemical sales at Warner Lambert (now Pfizer), where she learned the critical art of relationship building. She later joined IKNOW LLC – Incoda Corporation, sister companies specializing in consulting and software development. In her work with The Matrix Marketing Group, Irene has utilized her skills in many areas as she helped grow Matrix to the predominant brokerage in the Northeast. Her diverse skills were evident in everything from developing sales training programs to the development and deployment of one of the first and most sophisticated IT programs in the industry. Today, she spearheads the strategic market analysis end of the business, develops and implements systems and programs, tracks sales and generally keeps things running smoothly.
